After the unusually warm weather forced the cancellation of last week’s Gala Opening of the Tunbridge Wells Open Air Ice Rink, and prevented the live internet streaming from Calverley Grounds, plans to show the live action were not cancelled but merely postponed and, for the first time in its five year history, a live stream from the rink will be going ahead on Friday 27th November from 6.15pm.
The timings of the broadcast will be as follows, at 6.15pm the live stream of the public skating session will begin and then at 6.30pm the local percussion and drumming Samba band, Bloco Fogo, will perform until 6.50pm when the session and the live stream will end.
