We all know pre-conceptions can be dangerous so it's with great embarrassment that I admit to expecting little more from Hastings' culinary community than a good quality fish and chip supper. I couldn't have been more wrong. What I found was a number of top quality restaurants, using the freshest local ingredients the county has to offer.
