Drakes of Brighton continues to give Sussex’s business community a helping hand, bringing together key people working all over the county at its quarterly Business lunch.

The first one of 2011 went off without a hitch, introducing quite a few first-time guests, including lawyers, printers, magazine editors and IT specialists. For £25, guests lunched at one of the best restaurants in the city, while getting access to some of the most influential people in the county.

Carla ter Maat, Marketing Manager, said: “The lunches provide an opportunity for business people from all fields to meet new, diverse contacts in a relaxed and non-structured environment. As we usually attract between 12 and 20 people, the group size is intimate and there is the possibility to meet and start to establish relationships with everyone. It also showcases our fine dining restaurant and hotel. After lunch, guests are invited to join us for a tour of some of our fabulous hotel rooms.”

The next lunch is on 31 May and then the last Tuesday in August and November. Spaces are limited at this select soiree so early booking is advised.
