The open afternoon on Thursday 17th August runs from 2pm until 4.30pm, where a free afternoon tea and complimentary cocktails will be on offer for all attendees.
To get the event in full swing, the air will also be filled with the incredible music from a Rat Pack tribute, performing timeless hits by Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr and Frank Sinatra.
While enjoying the afternoon, guests can also view the Highwood Mill apartments, and absorb how this unique development is building a community with its own on-site hairdressers, library, restaurant, and exercise and craft sessions.
The properties are exclusively for the over 55s only and offer a range of 24-hour professional support and care services on site, enabling those who need an extra hand to maintain the highlife in later life.
