Sports boost from Committee funding

THIS sporting life has received a cash boost from North Mid Sussex County Local Committee.
It has given grants to:
Crawley & Horley Hockey Development Scheme – £1065 for hockey sets for local primary schools.
East Grinstead Meads FC – £632 for football kit and equipment.
The Committee awarded the Wildlife Rescue & Protection Group £160 towards equipment and materials.
The money comes from the Committee’s Community Initiative Funding.
“This is cash we receive from West Sussex County Council to support local organisations that enhance their communities,” said Committee Chairman Christine Field.
