SOS Fish ‘n’ Chips supper ‘nets’ £1000 for RNLI

A fish and chip supper at Deanland Wood Park, organised by long term supporter Frank Wellbelove, raised a staggering £1000 for Eastbourne lifeboats.

Over recent years Frank has been raising funds for Eastbourne lifeboats by organising raffles and suppers at Deanland Wood Park and this latest donation, with added gift aid, amounts to almost £12,000 in total. A governor of the RNLI for approaching 30 years, Frank has received a number of accolades for his dedication and commitment to supporting Eastbourne RNLI.
