Chancellor Philip Hammond decided to put the squeeze on the self employed which will undoubtedly have a knock on effect on persons who were thinking of having home improvements done – it is a cunning ploy to make things difficult for the home owner and at the same time Philip Hammond has broken the TORY MANIFESTO PLEDGE ON NATIONAL INSURANCE RISE. It seems the Conservatives have an excellent record of breaking promises. We have to ask ourselves “Do we really need a Government who tell lies all the time just to suit themselves?”
I understand that Philip Hammond quoted merry quips of mirth throughout his budget speech and nobody laughed. Perhaps he’s the biggest joke of all!
The Government have reduced the funding to local Councils who in turn have raised the Council Tax and reduced the public services. The Government have promised to inject extra cash into NCH and Care Facilities and not before time although in some hospitals the damage has already taken affect. Closures of wards and dividing different essential departments to other hospitals out of the area where people reside and who have to travel to get medical attention. It has been mooted from sources that administration in hospitals are to blame for some of the fatalities and that the overall committee in charge of administration are paying out enormous sums of money to their prospective SEO’s.
It seems that all hospitals spend 14% of their budget which equates to £15.4 BILLION ON ADMINISTRATION COSTS PER ANNUM and if you ask me something stinks in the state of Denmark and it begs another question: “What are the tasks of Administrators?” I understand they oversee the financial position of hospitals and it is criminal that they allow this enormous amount of money to be spent, so it seems not much thought goes into trying to cut down without affecting the medical staff.
In my opinion it seems that administration costs outweigh the care and attention that persons expect to receive and don’t. Reading what Hospital Administrators’ duties entail, they are a go-between the Doctors, Surgeons and Nurses who actually do the most essential and serious tasks and are working towards getting their patients fit and well.
