Sussex builders merchant offering support to animal welfare organisations

Chandlers Building Supplies’ ‘Chandlers in the Community’ project has proven to be extremely popular since its launch earlier in the year. The campaign aims to support a wide range of organisations and Chandlers is now asking for groups and charities that work with animals to make contact.
Whether an organisation or charity is in need of building materials to complete much needed renovations, a cash injection to purchase equipment, or sponsorship, Chandlers would like hear how they can help.
Richard Skinner, Commercial Director at Chandlers, told The Sussex Newspaper:
“Throughout 2015, we are pledging to help various groups in the community. We’ve already invited care homes, hospices and charities that help those with disabilities to come forward, and now it’s the turn of animal welfare organisations.”
Groups that work with animals can nominate themselves by emailing Chandlers@pmwcom.co.uk and putting Chandlers in the Community in the subject box, or by sending a letter to Chandlers in the Community, c/o PMW Communications, Stane Court, Stane Street, Billingshurst, West Sussex, RH14 9HP. The closing date for nominations is Monday 6th July.
Further call outs will be made in the months to come to projects that focus on outdoor spaces and charities.
