SWINGTIME SWEETHEARTS IN EASTBOURNE

On Monday 9th February luxury coastal retreat The Grand Hotel Eastbourne is inviting ladies to join them for a 1940s themed Ladies Luncheon, where the brilliant Swingtime Sweethearts will be performing a selection of classics songs from the 1940s.
From 12.00pm guests will be treated to a delicious three course luncheon especially prepared by The Grand Hotel’s Executive Head Chef, Keith Mitchell. The superb lunch menu includes warm salad of Welsh rarebit croute with tomato dressing, tender breast of guinea fowl wellington with truffled Madeira sauce and, for dessert, fresh coconut condé rice with roasted pineapple.
Throughout the afternoon the musical duo will be performing classic hits from the likes of The Andrew Sisters, Anne Shelton, Gracie Fields, Glenn Miller and Vera Lynn, plus during the lunch ladies will be able to donate money to The Dame Vera Lynn Trust for Children with Cerebral Palsy, of which the Swingtime Sweethearts are both proud ambassadors.
