Industry specialist Wayne Holdaway and finance professional Donna Prince are the latest to join the group’s Board of Directors…
CountyClean Group, a leading environment support solutions providers for London and the South, welcomes two new Directors as on 1st May, Donna Prince was promoted to Finance Director and on 1st June, Wayne Holdaway oined as Strategy and Development Director.
Having worked in the environmental and liquid waste industry for 25 years, Wayne has contributed to significant sector successes. By working closely with clients and blue chip organisations, he has developed businesses using his knowledge and experience to considerably boost turnovers and acquire market share, and will be responsible for the future growth and development of CountyClean Group.

Wayne started in the industry in the early 90’s when he joined Jacques Plant Hire in Felbridge (now the site of CountyClean Group’s waste recycling centre) as an operative. He built up his career over the past years working for companies within the industry increasing profile, growth and turnover along the way.
Commenting on joining the group, Wayne says: “Although I’ve been in the industry for almost three decades, I enjoy the variety each day brings. No two days are the same and I relish making the most of opportunities. My aim is to make CountyClean Group THE environmental services provider that people will automatically think of and call when they need an efficient and cost-effective solution to their problem.”
CountyClean Group is celebrating its double talent boardroom win with Donna Prince being promoted on 1st May 2018 to Financial Director of all of CountyClean’s award winning group of companies. Having achieved MAAT accounting technician qualification in 2008, Donna was a Dealership Accountant at Honda before first starting with the group in 2012 as Financial Controller. Donna enjoys putting her accounting expertise into practice whilst collaborating with external auditors, accountants, banks and finance houses in order to ensure that all financial matters run smoothly.
