The team at Covers Timber and Builders Merchants in Chichester has donated a bike rack to Sidlesham Primary School.

Peter Melton, whose son attends the school and is a loyal customer of Covers, approached the company, which was more than happy to help by providing the cycle storage unit.

Phil Clare, Sales Representative at Covers Chichester, said:

“As a company, Covers is always keen to help out in the community wherever possible and this includes supporting our local schools. We are delighted to assist Sidlesham Primary School by supplying a bike rack and hope it encourages the children to ride their bikes.”

James Blake-Lobb, Deputy Headteacher of Sidlesham Primary School, added:

“We are very grateful to Covers for supplying the bike rack and to Peter for fitting it. We are delighted with it. As a school we have a very eco-friendly ethos and have our own eco council – Green Planet.”
