Sussex based print, design and marketing specialist Evonprint is delighted to announce that Gill Burn, owner of popular decorating company, Lady Decorators, is the second winner of their Sussex Service Stars Awards.
Earlier in the year, the family run printers launched its Sussex wide competition to find the county’s customers service stars, calling out for residents to nominate someone who has gone the extra mile to ensure their customers receive a top service.
Gill was nominated for the award by her client Martine Fleet, owner of The Lounge Beauty & Wellbeing in Horsham. After Martine commissioned Gill to decorate both her home and work premises, she was left incredibly impressed by the company’s level of professionalism, high standard of work and, most importantly, respect for her home.
Martine commented:
“I chose to nominate Gill for this award as I was so impressed with the work she carried out. The quality was like nothing I had ever experienced before with previous decorating companies and I couldn’t believe how respectful Gill was of my home – she even washed up her own mugs! I receive so many compliments on the look of the salon and my home and would recommend Gill and Lady Decorators all day long. ”
Commenting on her win, Gill commented:
“I can’t believe I have been chosen! I am so shocked and touched by Martine’s comments and I’m pleased to hear that she was happy with the work I carried out. I make a point out of cleaning up after myself and leaving someone’s home exactly how I found it – except for the new walls of course! Thank you again, I am truly overwhelmed.”

The third Sussex Service Stars Award will be presented in February 2016 and the closing date for the next round of nominations is Sunday 14th February.
