Charity Champions is a recognition scheme run by national heating oil supplier CPL and awarded to people who dedicate their time to charity or fundraising – going above and beyond to make a difference to others.
Paula Woolven, currently Director of Seaford Musical Theatre Juniors and Secretary of DaSH Junior Football Club, has been a community volunteer for over fifteen years and was delighted to hear that she had been named a ‘2013 Charity Champion’. The Telscombe Cliffs resident said; “I am delighted to accept the award on behalf of all those who realise that volunteering can make a big difference in the community. I work alongside a fantastic group at both organisations and thank each and every one of them for the support they give to our young people. They really are Champions too.”
