My intention was to have a sabbatical from writing another report, but the news about the pandemic spreading has stirred me into stating again “PEOPLE ARE THE MAIN CAUSE OF SPREADING COVID-19.” It is a proven fact that out of the thousands of people photographed on the beaches and the people who went abroad on holiday earlier this year has caused the second pandemic. Because of the selfish attitude of PEOPLE, other people are going to die. This attitude of ‘I’m alright Jack!’ is not going to help other persons in hospital over the Christmas period. The staff of Doctors, Nurses, Carers and others of that fraternity are not going to have a very happy Christmas because some people can’t or won’t abide by the simple rules!
People are acting as if this will be the last Christmas families will have together and with some, unfortunately this will be – but if everybody came to their senses and abided by the two metre spacing, wore a mask and washed their hands. Didn’t create a crowd of more than three or mixed with another family. Persons think they are safe, because the symptoms don’t appear for at least a week – so anybody could have it and not know.
Now Boris Johnson has stated that he believes a third pandemic will happen in 2021, because, again persons will do as they like – enjoy themselves and repent at leisure in a HOSPITAL BED if they are lucky. As London and Midlands enter into a new phase of over 30,000 casualties of Covid-19 – persons will be lucky to find themselves in a hospital corridor on makeshift beds without being looked after because they have swamped and pressurised the Hospital Staff.
Not only are they spreading this disease around, because of their selfish actions they are stopping persons who are waiting for important operations and treatments and denying them to remain alive.
There is also the danger that some nurses and doctors will resign from hospitals because of their low rate of pay. The Prime Minister and the Chancellor promised to inject more money into the hospitals, but have failed to do so, as usual.
I’m just wondering whether the government can tell the difference between having another train route to London and Birmingham under the guise of HS2 and cutting a swathe of countryside into the bargain and the people they are supposed to protect and serve. Spending Billions which they should inject into the NHS!
….And another thing – BREXIT SHOULDN’T GET IN THE WAY OF PEOPLE’S LIVES!
