There’s life in the old dogs yet!

Dogs Trust Shoreham is appealing for a home for two terrific Terriers who appear much younger than their years.

Brother and sister duo Jack and Stella, who are both seven-years-old, or 49 in dog years, might be approaching their prime, but they have so much energy, you would be forgiven for thinking they are still young pups.

This sprightly duo are always on-the-go and need a daily dose of at least an hour of exercise to keep them happy. Staff have been enjoying keeping them busy with plenty of fun and games and are now hoping an active family can give them the care and attention they need to keep them on their paws well into their golden years!

Tracey Rae, Rehoming Centre Manager at Dogs Trust Shoreham comments,

“Jack and Stella look and act so much younger than their years, it was surprising to learn that they are almost eight-years-old! The loveable duo are typical Terriers who enjoy nothing more than zipping about in the garden or going on long walks. They are a friendly pair who love getting lots of fuss and cuddles after a day spent exploring the great outdoors.”

“As they are so active, Stella and Jack require a home with a secure garden where they can run and play to their heart’s content. They will need up to 2 hours of off-lead playtime each day so new owners will need to enjoy being out and about as much as they do. This adorable duo can live with older children and will make a wonderful addition to a busy home.”

If you think you can give Stella and Jack a happy home, please call the centre on 0300 303 0292 or visit the centre at Brighton Road, Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex, BN43 5LT for further details on how you can help.
